Can I order an item in a boutique that is not available there?

Yes. In our participating Fusalp boutiques, our sales teams can order an item available in our stock (warehouse or another boutique) for you and have it delivered to your home, to a pickup point or to the boutique of your choice. Payment is made at the till or via a secure payment link.

For delivery outside France, payment is made exclusively via a secure link from our international partner Global-e, with the same services as for a web order (local currency, taxes and customs duties included, DHL delivery).
